The Human Resource Management Team is responsible for overseeing the implementation of HR policies as well as supporting and monitoring compliance across the Public Service. Our focus is on sharing best practices in the field of human resource management and supporting CEOs with the management of their employees through recruitment, training and delegation of powers. We provide reliable and quality assured information to the Public Service Commission for their deliberation on matter concerning the Public Service in accordance with the Public Service Act.
This program is administered by the Deputy Secretary for Human Resource Management with the support of a Principal Assistant Secretary, two (2) Senior Assistant Secretaries and three (3) Assistant Secretaries.
