Plan 2022\/23<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Performance Development team was established to address the demand from the Public Service Amendment Act and the Public Service Policy Instructions for all public servants to perform according to pre-determined performance targets which have been cascaded from the Ministry\u2019s Corporate and Annual Management Plan.
